Abstract: West Berkshire Council is seeking to engage a provider to instigate the implementation of a co-existing mental health and substance misuse service (Co-Mass) in West Berkshire. Additional Information

Additional information:

- All applicants that express an interest are required to complete a standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ)or a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) and the ITT. Failure to answer all questions in the SQ and ITT may result in disqualification.

- Applicants that wish to submit an Expression of Interest as individual organisations or as part of a consortium are invited to do so.

All Expressions of Interest must be made via our Procurement Portal - http://westberks.mytenders.co.uk . Suppliers will be requested to register in the first instance. This is a Free Of Charge service. Once registered, applicants will be able to download the documents.

- The SQ (or ESPD) and ITT documentation must be returned via the Procurement Portal. If the documentation is delivered by any other manner other than via the Procurement Portal, it will be automatically disqualified.

- The deadline for receipt of the completed SQ and ITT is 12:00 (noon)on 1st March 2018.

- The Council reserves the right to not award a contract.

- The initial contract duration is 2 years, which may be extended by up to an additional 2 years at the Council's discretion.

The co-mass service contract states that the awarded provider should ensure a level of public liability insurance of £5 million. The level of public liability insurance required by the awarded provider will be £2 million as opposed to £5 million. This will be corrected in the final version of the contract award documents.
